Patch 4.3 Send Scroll of Resurrection: Recall Your AFK Teammate
In patch 4.3 PTR, Blizzard added a new friend option feature - scroll of resurrection.
You can see it in the buddy list's top right. The role of the resurrection scroll is to send a message to a Battle.net account which doesn't have activities any more, you have the chance to invite the AFK players to return to the game.
The function icons lies in the upper right corner of the interface friends with very witty words read: "Send resurrection scroll." And after opening, you can input other's e-mail address and write the words what you want to say to him or her, then the system will bring this letter to his mailbox.
It seems that the high turnover rate of Cataclysm makes Blizzard has to take measures to stop this. As so far now, it has take several actions, such as the Raid Finder, but seemingly they are not ideal. This time directly they add this feature in the game to recall the return of old players, can they really restore the loss of the players?
As a wower, I hope Blizzard can bring us more surprises. Whether the Mists of Pandaria could succeedd is really important to Blizzard and World of Warcraft.

Star Wars: The Old Republic : PAX East Primer
As PAX East nears, MMORPG.com Community Manager Mike Bitton turns his eye towards Star Wars: The Old Republic and what fans might see during the convention as devs show off the game. PAX East is BioWare’s first major east coast outing and so both BioWare and east coast fans (who are quite starved on gaming conventions) are both excited to finally bring the game out here, and BioWare is really coming out in force for PAX East. Those of you attending PAX East can look forward to sampling any and all of the game’s eight classes, which means that yes you’ll finally be able to check out the Jedi Consular and Jedi Knight as well as their starting world of Tython. Star Wars: The Old Republic : Space Combat Presentation
During a recent visit to EA's Redwood Shores studio for Star Wars: The Old Republic "Immersion Day", MMORPG.com Community Manager Mike Bitton had the opportunity to sit in on a presentation regarding one of the game's more controversial features: Space combat. See what Mike saw and check out his thoughts about the presentation.
For the purposes of our presentation, Daniel Erickson and crew demoed the Bounty Hunter’s D5-Mantis, though he also touched briefly on the Imperial Agent’s X-70B Phantom. The D5-Mantis is a cramped ship with a vertical design, clearly inspired by Boba Fett’s Slave I. Star Wars: The Old Republic : Bounty Hunter Multiplayer Preview
MMORPG.com Community Manager Mike Bitton recently had the opportunity to visit EA's Redwood Shores studio for Star Wars: The Old Republic "Immersion Day". During the event, Mike got a first hand chance to experience multiplayer with other members of the press. Mike chose to play the Bounty Hunter during the event. Before we get into that, I’m going to give those of you who are unfamiliar with the Bounty Hunter a bit of a primer on how the class actually plays. The Bounty Hunter wields a single pistol (or dual pistols with the Mercenary Advanced Class) and has a number of gadgets at his disposal which includes (but is not limited to) missiles, flame throwers, rail-shots, and electro-darts. There is a good deal of interaction between skills as well. For example, Rail Shot can only be fired on targets that are on fire or under the effects of crowd control. Torching an enemy or stunning them with your Electro Dart is a great set up for Rail Shot which packs a significant wallop.
