Patch 4.3 Send Scroll of Resurrection: Recall Your AFK Teammate

In patch 4.3 PTR, Blizzard added a new friend option feature - scroll of  resurrection.
You can see it in the buddy list's top right. The role of the resurrection scroll is to send a message to a Battle.net account which doesn't have activities any more, you have the chance to invite the AFK players to return to the game.

The function icons lies in the upper right corner of the interface friends with very witty words read: "Send resurrection scroll." And after opening, you can input other's e-mail address and write the words what you want to say to him or her, then the system will bring this letter to his mailbox.
It seems that the high turnover rate of Cataclysm makes Blizzard has to take measures to stop this. As so far now, it has take several actions, such as the Raid Finder, but seemingly they are not ideal. This time directly they add this feature in the game to recall the return of old players, can they really restore the loss of the players?

As a wower, I hope Blizzard can bring us more surprises. Whether the Mists of Pandaria could succeedd is really important to Blizzard and World of Warcraft.
